Shipping Policy
All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. However this may sometimes be longer due to other circumstances.
All item are sent using first class mail, which usually takes 1–3 working days. Internationally we ship via airmail, and shipping times may vary.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, in it´s original packaging and in it´s original condition, with your customer advice note, within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase, within 7 days of receiving your return, or we will send you a replacement – whichever you prefer, no questions asked. Postage will be refunded if the return results from either an error made by Mural by Numbers or a defective item.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been used. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
