Use of Mural by Numbers website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect immediately on your first use of the site. Mural by Numbers reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of Mural by Numbers.
The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. You will normally receive an email when your order is dispatched. Please note that estimated times are based on working days only.
Our availability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances, a title may become unavailable between updates. In such cases, we will endeavour to find an alternative supplier for the item and will keep you informed about the progress of your order. We will also let you know if it´s advisable to cancel your order.
On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks on the payment card, which can delay the order until the card has been authorised.
If we discover a pricing error for an item in your order, we will cancel the order and contact you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of re-ordering the item at the correct price if stock is available. If we are unable to contact you, the order will remain cancelled.
Payments will only be taken in British Pounds Sterling at the price shown for the product in British Pounds Sterling.
We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any.
We reserve the right not to sell to trade customers for re-sale purposes. Any such trade sales will only be made to genuine trade purchasers after successfully opening a trade account with us, and will be subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale for trade customers.
Mural by Numbers nor any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Web site or the products sold on this web site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Any measurements provided by anyone other than Charlotte Designs are the responsibility of the party providing them. If goods supplied on the basis of these measurements are incorrect, Charlotte Designs will require settlement in full before replacements are ordered.

Charlotte Designs do not accept responsibility for the fitness of purpose of any products.

Whilst every effort is made to colour match samples provided with the actual goods received, exact colour matches can not always be guaranteed. Samples can be ordered for a nominal cost. Any complaints regarding colour matching should be made in writing within 14 days of receipt and these will be forward to the appropriate manufacturing supplier for attention.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising here from shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
