About Mural by Numbers

Mural by Numbers is the brain child of the Interior Designer and children’s room specialist Sarah Hodgkins.

Sarah has over 20 years experience in interior design and her company, Charlotte Designs has been painting murals in schools, leisure centres, day nurseries and private homes for over 4 years.

‘The satisfaction of transforming a space with a mural, and the reaction you get from the children who will be using the space, is amazing. People are always saying, I wish I could do that and it got me thinking that maybe there was a way.’

Sarah developed a range of designs that reflected the themes regularly requested with her bespoke murals, and refined a tried and tested method of transferring them onto the wall. The result is simple and absolutely anyone can do it, even a child.

Charlotte Designs continues to offer a full interior design service and bespoke mural design and execution throughout Northants, Bucks, Beds and Oxon. She lives with her husband and 2 children in South Northants.
